Designer Statement
It all began when I first started sketching on paper, drawing all sorts of things whether it was something I saw or imagined. The more I began to sketch, the further I got lured into it. Slowly sketches would become drawings and possibly get developed even more.
I have always had a love for art, but never considered the thought of pursuing a career within that spectrum. Eventually, designing posters and flyers, drawing, and illustrating caught my attention and led me into the world of Graphic Design.
With each project I undertake, I venture to improve my skills and broaden my palette. Typography, layout, illustration, and packaging are some of the skills I possess and continue to develop. While I use both traditional and digital mediums — be it a combination of the two or not — there will always be differences and similarities within my work. Ultimately the creations are all a part of me.
